Sometimes, words fail. Maybe we don’t have the vocabulary for what we’re feeling, or we can’t comprehend what someone else is trying to say. In that space, our bodies subconsciously express that communication. We look to expressions, posture, and hand placement to say what our words can’t. 

For how much society tells us to criticize and “fix” our bodies, they do more than we give them credit for. From feeling an intuition in our gut to healing itself after an injury, they are magical and miraculous. They are enough.
