All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of original artwork and limited edition prints, all sales are final. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage, including packaging

Depending on the situation, I will offer:

  • A replacement (if available)
  • A store credit
  • A refund (at my discretion)

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office. If it is still missing after 5 days, reach out to me for further assistance.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

  • 50% deposit is required to begin a commissioned piece. This deposit is non-refundable as it secures your spot and covers materials and time invested in the project.
  • If, for any reason, you need to cancel the commission before completion, you have a first right of refusal—meaning you are not obligated to pay the remaining 50%. However, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If you approve the final piece and the balance is paid, the sale is final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Color & Display Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. I do my best to provide accurate images, but I cannot offer returns based on slight color discrepancies.
